Accounts Receivable Specialist - This position works with both internal and external customers to ensure the timely collection of accounts receivable by utilizing a number of means.

Billing Clerk - Develops detailed knowledge of IPC, Smartnet Utility, route settlement procedures, daily route check-in, analyze and determines applicable usage for reports and how they relate to each department.

Business Development Executive - This is a sales position with responsibility for identifying, developing, and securing new customers within the assigned sales territory. Work is performed with considerable independence within established policy and procedures. The position involves substantial customer and management interaction.

Customer Service Coordinator - Maintains 100% adherence and integrity to the Corporate Commitment To Service program. The Customer Service Coordinator must be the "eyes and ears" to the General Manager.

District Manager - First and foremost, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention to be 100% in compliance with the corporate Commitment To Service program and goals.

Maintenance Manager - Responsible for preventative maintenance and repair to equipment and building facilities. Operates steam boiler and auxiliary equipment and maintains all power laundry, lighting, heating, building and grounds maintenance.

Merchandise Control Manager - Primary job responsibilities are all functions of the stockroom, which include production, budgets, housekeeping, quality of work, inventory management, managing personnel, succession planning.

Office Manager, Asst - Assists the Office Manager in their assigned responsibilities for managing all administrative and office functions in adherence to company guidelines.

Plant Manager - Responsible for managing all aspects of production department for the processing plant.

Receptionist - Responsible for answering a high volume of incoming phone calls while meeting and greeting plant visitors.

Service Sales Representative (SSR) - Direct line reporting to the District Manager but will work closely and take direction on daily activities from the Route Supervisor, Service or Terminal Manager.

Route Service Supervisor - Focus is on customer satisfaction, customer retention and training of all Route Service Personnel. Supports all team members in their respective positions and aids in completing necessary tasks.

Service Center Manager - Responsible for managing all aspects of day-to-day operations and administration for the assigned Service Center. Manages customer service delivery, account maintenance and route sales, facilities and truck maintenance, Service Center personnel, Service Center operating budget and expense control.

Service Manager - Responsible for managing all aspects of day-to-day operations and administration for route sales, customer service delivery, account maintenance and customer satisfaction.
